We have had the pleasure of working with their team for the restructuring and refinancing of our portfolio, to enable us to purchase another investment property. To give a little more context to our experience to date with the Property Twins, Donika and I are a family of 5, with 3 young boys. We have a reasonable amount of property investment experience, in that we have purchased and sold property over the years. We have also garnered a fair amount of investment knowledge throughout this process, however the intricacies around money finance and borrowing is where the Property Twins have helped us immensely. If it was not for Property Twins, I may have landed up with a Home&Land package deal and played the waiting game amidst pandemic building material shortage. Many wealth management teams forced me to believe that getting a Home & Land package is the best value for the buck with the best tax benefits. But you educated me on the pros and cons of home&land as well as buying an established property.

When others educated me on the benefits of a home & land package, your focus was to start with the basics by re-structuring the current finances/ home loan and then using equity to prepare an investment bucket which can then be used towards the investment property purchase. I never felt rushed into a deal when you could have easily been done, given my lack of knowledge in property investing, but you always worked towards the best interest of your customer which is the most significant reason why I would have anyone looking to get on investment property journey talk to you once before signing up a deal with other pioneers in this business or doing it themselves.

Talking about the Buyers Agency process, it was smooth, well thought through and truly transparent. Never have you denied responding to my queries, sometimes too naive, which again made the process fruitful. It took some time due to the timing of when the property search started but not even once I felt I would be tricked into just any property. For every opportunity, you shared the pros and cons, cash flow details and the location analysis which helped me understand what I would be signing up to. There was even a case where I thought of moving ahead to register an interest on a property that you shared which was not entirely ticking all the boxes but you went ahead and advised me not to move ahead stating the obvious reasons why, and that is another example of working towards the best interest of your client. In a nutshell, the BA fees I paid for your professional service are worth every penny

Finding an ideal property and not exhausting the funds helps me plan for the future and never would I think twice to call you for a possible second investment property. Keep doing the great work, and thank you again for finding me the right one, and not a LEMON

Before we met Property Twins, we had two investment properties. The mortgages were organised by a broker who was competent but did not know about how to build property portfolio. He ensured we got a good deal, or interest rate, on the each mortgage without planning for future purchases.

Our aim was to have decent property portfolio to give us financial independence in the future, which would in turn give us freedom to enjoy travelling and maybe move to part-time work rather than full-time until we were 65.

After getting to 2 properties, we felt stuck, as we did not know how to expand the portfolio from there. The broker we used that time was all about getting the best deal at that point in time but there is no plan for future loans. We now have our latest addition to the family, a little daughter.
