INITIAL ENQUIRY, DISCOVERY SESSION & FACT FIND
  • Hear from us within 24 hours of enquiry for an initial chat
  • Attend a 30-minute Discovery Session (either via phone, Skype, or meeting in person) to discuss and / or clarify goals, and needs
  • Client to complete our ‘Fact Find’ form

STEP 2

REVIEW, RECOMMEND & LOAN SUBMISSION
  • We review the Fact Find form, research, assess borrowing capacity and catch up with you to run through recommended finance strategy, covering our findings on the most suitable approach and lender selection to meet client requirements
  • We prepare and lodge the loan application, and manage the end-to-end process, all the way through to settlement, taking the stress out of dealing with the banks

STEP 3

POST SETTLEMENT ENGAGEMENT & ANNUAL REVIEW
  • Things change as time goes on. We stay in touch, to ensure that the home loan is still meeting client needs and discuss opportunities available to maximise savings and achieve client goals
